Abstract
Holding companies is a positive effort to increase business synergy, however, good intentions to synergize are often turned into weapons for you, when the expected end leads to unfair business competition. This paper attempts to snapshot the hospital holldingization process which began with a positive goal, namely for health security for the sake of state sovereignty, but in the process, it has the potential to lead to unfair business competition.
