Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the implementation of CSR on the company, society, environment and government so that the company can continue its operations. The company adheres to the principle of profit oriented (profit oriented) but not only that, but corporate social responsibility is an activity carried out by the company in order to contribute to the results of its business to the community around the company and society in general. This study discusses the role of each stakeholder in the implementation of corporate social responsibility consisting of the Company, the community/environment and the government. This study uses the theory of the benefits of CSR for Stakeholders which the author quotes from the opinion of Totok Mardikanto which consists of the effect of CSR implementation on the company, the benefits of CSR for the community and the benefits of CSR for the government. This study uses qualitative research methods by prioritizing research aids, namely observation, interviews and documentation, using primary and secondary data. From the results of the study that the effect of CSR implementation for companies, communities and governments has been fulfilled, but there are still things that are not on target, it is necessary for the community to play an active role in CSR activities and report what if the activity is not in accordance with what has been determined.
