Abstract

Based on research in the MSME sector in Indonesia ex�perienced the impact of the COVID-19 Pandemic. The successive impacts are declining sales, capital diffi�culties, product distribution barriers, and raw material difficulties. The government has issued :p of social as�sistance to poor and vulnerable MSMEs, (b) tax incen�tives for MSMEs; relaxation and restructuring of credit for MSMEs; expansion of working capital financing of MSMEs; placing ministries, state-owned enterprises and local governments as buffers for MSME products; and e-learning Training. To support government policy, several short-term strategies and long-term strategies need to be considered by the government and encour�age government collaboration with corporations in em�powering MSMEs.
