Abstract

This study investigates the effect of product quality, promotion targets and customer satisfaction services on start-up development, using SPSS 21.0 analysis, the results of this study partially and simultaneously determine the variables studied. Where partially obtained the results that product quality variables have no effect on consumer satisfaction, and service quality does not affect consumer satisfaction, then consumer satisfaction affects competitive advantage, then product quality affects competitive advantage, and service quality variables affect competitive advantage. While simultaneously product quality and service quality have no effect on consumer satisfaction, product quality and service quality affect competitive advantage and product quality, service quality and customer satisfaction simultaneously affect competitive advantage
