Abstract

The purpose of this study was to test the effect of work balance and personal, servant leadership, and reward to employees’ engagement with job satisfaction variables as mediators. Research respondents are employees of Bank Jabar Banten Syariah, in Bandung as much as 205 employees. Data analysis using Structural Equation Models (SEM) using Linear Structural models (LISREL) version 8.72. Model theoretic can be accepted as the appropriate model (fit) with the data field. Based on the results of the test models against the model index has hypothetic fit: df = 143.70; p = 0.0015; RMSEA = 0049; GFI = 0.91; AGFI = 0.86; NFI = 0.97; NNFI = 0.99, CFI = 0.98, the majority of the index match the models already meet the parameters of Good fit. This theoretic model has the meaning of research can be accepted as the appropriate model (fit) with the data field that is the influence of balance of work and personal, leaders who serve against employees engagement through job satisfaction as a mediator fit with the empirical data. The results showed there were significant influence servant leadership and reward, one variable insignificant i.e. variable of work balance and personal against employee engagement with job satisfaction as a mediator.
