Abstract

The study aims to discuss how the structure of capital and the size of the company will impact the value of the company with the dividen policy of an intering variabel registered to the Indonesia stock exchange. The population used in the food and beverage companies registered with the Indonesia stock exchange. The sample usage technique used was predominsive sampling methods and obtained a samples of 16 companies over the last 5 years resulting in an acquisition of the 80 data of usable samples. The type of data used is a secondary data easily obtained from the company’s annual financial statements. Analysis methods used in this hypothesis include descriptive statistical test, calssic assumptions test, path analysis test, and sobel test. The result from the study suggests that partial capital structure affects significantly negative value to the company’s value, the size of the company has significant positive impact on the company’s value,
