Abstract
Berdasarkan hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa employee engagement mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational trust, employee engagement mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap transformational leadership, transformational leadership mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational trust, transformational leadership mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan dalam memediasi employee engagement terhadap organizational trust.
