Abstract
This study was motivated by the increasing demands on employee performance in the modern era, which requires a balance between work life, organisational support, and optimal psychological conditions. The aim of this study is to analyse the influence of work-life balance, organisational support, and psychological well-being on employee performance. This study employs a quantitative approach using a survey method, involving the distribution of questionnaires to 80 respondents selected using a saturation sampling technique. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM/PLS). The results indicate that work-life balance, organisational support, and psychological well-being have a positive and significant influence on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously, with organisational support being the most dominant variable. These findings contribute to the development of human resource management theory and provide practical implications for organisations in improving employee performance through the enhancement of work-life balance and psychological well-being. This study concludes that improvements in employee performance are inseparable from the interrelated roles of organisational and psychological factors, and suggests further research with a broader scope and more comprehensive methods
