Abstract
Technological development on the android OS has been very supportive this is supported by the existence of GPS (Global Positioning System) is a satellite navigation system that's been widely applied in various fields. Each instance like a car rental service naturally provides a number of vehicles. The owner of the difficulties to find out where the position of all vehicles because there have been many cases of crimes that occur on four-wheeled vehicles. To formulate the problem it is necessary to make the car vehicle Tracker systems will facilitate the establishments and communities in monitoring the vehicle location. The design of this application using the java programming language and the PHP on Web with codeigniter and plugin from Google Map. The method used is the method of extreme programming and modeling with Unifed Modelling Language. This vehicle tracking system is expected to be beneficial to the owner of the car in knowing the position of the vehicle in real time.
