Abstract
A B S T R A C T Employees at the company are assets that need attention. The company must continue to maintain employees' quality of work so that the targets set can be achieved. To maintain employee performance, companies need to conduct continuous coaching and provide facilities for comfort and satisfaction at work, so that existing human resources can contribute optimally to achieve company goals. The purpose of this research is to measure the level of employee satisfaction using the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method. This research was conducted at a machine repair service company for special needs. The results of this study found that there are 24 attributes to increase job satisfaction of industrial machine repair company employees. Of the 24 attributes, the main priority that must be done by the company to improve employee satisfaction at work is to make improvements to the availability of adequate work equipment, comfortable working environment conditions, providing incentives according to production results, and a comfortable working atmosphere
