Abstract
This study aims to determine the influence of work culture, work environment, and career development on the performance of employees of PT Denso Indonesia. The research method used is quantitative. The population in this study is employees at Pt Denso Indonesia with a total of 95 people. Sample measurement technique using saturated samples with the number of samples used as many as 95 respondents. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires. The outer model test data analysis, inner model test, and hypothesis testing with structural equitation model (SEM) - SmartPLS 3.2.9. The phenomenon associated with the variable work culture in the company is a work culture that is not yet conducive to each employee, which can be reflected in the behavior of some employees who, due to their awareness, are still not serious about applying the rules and following all the rules of the company. Phenomena that occur related to the variables of the work environment in the company is a very hot workroom makes employees overheated in carrying out work, such as the physical work environment air ventilation is still inadequate to be a workroom becomes very hot and makes employees less comfortable in carrying out their duties and nonphysical work environment such as relationships with colleagues the lack of communication is very influential in the efficiency of work in an organization. Phenomena that occur related to Career Development variables in the company is a career path that there is no clear certainty of employee performance, because the company provides career paths to workers based on company needs such as providing education and training programs that workers undergo as a prerequisite in the promotion of his career. The phenomenon of problems that occur related to employee performance variables is discipline, because most employees do not comply with rules such as not coming to work for no apparent reason, starting work and resting not in accordance with predetermined hours, arriving at the office not in accordance with predetermined working hours and the level of absenteeism of employees is getting higher every month. Based on the results of research, it is known that work culture affects employee performance, work environment affects employee performance, and career development affects employee performance.
