Abstract

Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan: (1) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara variabel Word of Mouth dan Brand Awareness Barbershop Eleven Haircuts; (2) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara variabel Word of Mouth dan Organism Barbershop Eleven Haircuts (3) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara variabel Organism dan Brand Awareness Barbershop Eleven Haircuts; (4) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara variabel Word of Mouth terhadap Brand Awareness dengan Organism sebagai Variabel Intervening.
