Abstract

This research has some purposes are to investigating if there is strong and positive correlations between involvement, consistency and adaptability to performance appraisal in PT Inti Karya Persada Tehnik, Jakarta and to know how strong correlations between such a three independent variables to dependent variable. From partially correlations analysis was resulted that employee's involvement from formal structure and informal process both has strongest correlations, then second place was consistency while adaptability has weakest corerelations to performance appraisal. Partially employee's involvement has positive and strong correlations to performance appraisal, then adaptability has enough correlations. While consistency also has positive but weak correlations to performance appraisal into the company. From hypothesis analysis was resulted that thre hypothesis were proved and accepted. Which means that there arc positive correlations between involvement, consistency and adaptability to performance analysis o employee within PT Inti Karya Persada Tehnik. It showed by each t calculated that still bigger than t table, and significance of three independent variables were still lower than real significant amounted 0,05 or 5%
