Abstract
This research aims to determine whether there is an influence of Discipline and Motivation on Employee Performance at PT. Nautilus Technology Indonesia. This type of study is quantitative. The population in this study consists of 36 respondents. The technique used is saturated sampling. The sample for this study consists of 36 respondents. Data collection was conducted by distributing questionnaires. Hypothesis testing in this research used Linear Regression analysis. The subject of this research is PT. Nautilus Technology Indonesia. The results of this study indicate that Discipline has a positive and significant partial effect on Employee Performance. Motivation has a positive and significant partial effect on Employee Performance as well. Both Discipline and Motivation have a significant simultaneous effect on Employee Performance.
