Abstract
This research aim to analyze the Impact of Organizational Justice on hospitality service sector business and its effect on organizational effectiveness and performance. This research was conducted at star hotels in Badung regency. Bali Province Indonesia, with 141 units as research population. The samples were determined by purposive with sample collection data error level of 10%, its selected 60 hotel units as the research samples. Respondents in this research are line managers or supervisors. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Square Path Modeling (SEM PLS). Model and processed using Smart PLS version 3.2.6 Packages. Results of the research found out that all of studied variables have strong effects on organizational effectiveness and organizational performance. Meanwhile, organizational effectiveness was found out to have positive and significance effects on organizational performance. In the mediation test, it is found out that found out that organizational effectiveness mediate the organizational justice effects on organizational performance.
