Abstract

Abstract - Maros district is one of the Second Level Regions in the province of South Sulawesi, Indonesia. The district capital is located in Maros city. This regency has an area of 1,619.12 km². The problem of this research is how to know the quality of learning skill and motivation from drop out teenagers in Maros district especially in Temmappaduae and Pa’bentengan village adolescents. Temmappaduae village and Pabbentengan village are located in the border area of Makassar with Maros Regency. The goal is to know the quality of skills and motivation of learning drop out teens in the utilization of multimedia�based information technology, so that teenagers drop out of school have the expertise. The methods are observation to drop out teens, approach to drop out teenagers so they are motivated to learn, then carry out the training of activities using multimedia computer�based information visualization technology, and further evaluation of the learning outcomes of training activities. Data obtained from teenagers dropping out of school, from the learning outcomes of teenagers drop out of school then taken as many as 18 samples. The result of this research is based on the level of satisfaction of the drop out teenagers who follow the activity of computer technology utilization in Maros regency which stated that they are very satisfied as much as 81,37%, satisfied 16,41%, quite satisfied 2,22%, less satisfied and not satisfied 0 %. Based on sklill quality level and learning motivation of drop out teenager then obtained valid results
