Abstract
ABSTRACT In this case, the agresivity of police are infhenced by internal and eksternal factors. This study aims to know the relationship of internal and eksternal factors with police agresivity, besides that, it also aims to know the different agresivity between policeman and policewomen. Purposive random sampling that used in taking, study subject consist of 182 police from different unit, 40 members of mobile brigede, 80 members of Samapta and 62 members of policeman and aged 18-35 years old. The study is a kuantitatif approach, so that the obtained data are analysed by general regression technique, partial correlation and anava one chanel, the analyse uses computer programme SPS 2000 of Sutrisno Hadi edition. The study shows that, 1) there is a positive corelation of internal and external factors with police agression, it is described by the correlation x1, x2, and y are all positive with p<0,001 (high significant), 2) Internal factor have no positive corelation with agresivity, it can by seen in ry-x1=0,108 with p=0,143, 3) there is a positive corelation and high significant between internal factor with police agressivity, it can be seen in r2, y-2 with r par=0,245, with p=0,000 (high significant), and 4) there are aggressive diffrences between policeman and policewomen. Policeman are much more aggressive rather than policewomen, it can be seen with p=0,000 (high significant) by means of policeman 76,733, and of policewoman 70,500.
