Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Culture and Organizational Commitment on the performance of employees of the Cooperative Office of State Logistics Agency. The population in this study were all employees of Public Employee Cooperatives totaling 133 people with the number of samples meeting the criteria of the sample amounting to 100 employees. Analysis technique to test the hopesis of research through Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results of the analysis prove that culture and commitment are important factors that can explain variations in employee performance. The implications and suggestions are explained in the article. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Budaya dan Komitmen Organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan Koperasi Pegawai Perum Bulog. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan Koperasi Pegawai Perum berjumlah 133 orang dg jumlah sampel yang memenuhi kriteria sampel berjumlah 100 karyawan. Teknik analisis untuk menguji hoptesis penelitian melalui Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda. Hasil analisis membuktikan budaya dan komitmen merupakan faktor penting yang dapat menjelaskan variasi kinerja karyawan. Implikasi dan saran di jelaskan dalam artikel.
