Abstract

Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis Regresi Linear Berganda, uji asumsi klasik, uji t, uji f, dan uji koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Pengalaman Pelanggan, Service Quality dan Harga secara simultan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan sebesar 55,9%.
