Abstract
From the results of the IFE and EFE analysis, it is found that Suggesti Coffee has a favorable situation, where Suggesti Coffee has opportunities and strengths so that it can take advantage of existing opportunities. The strategy that Suggesti Coffee must do to increase sales is to improve the quality of production by holding events, keeping the place clean so that consumers are more comfortable stopping at Sugesti Coffee, increasing promotions on social media so that sales increase, giving discounts to buyers such as buy one get one , as well as increasing brand awareness to attract consumers and want to come to Suggesti Coffee.
