Abstract

Hasil dari pengujian ini menunjukkan: Harga berpengaruh positif terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan dan Kualitas Pelayanan berpengaruh positif terhadap Kepuasan Pelaggan. Artinya, dua hipotesis yang diajukan terbukti.
