Abstract

Theobjectivesofthisarticlearetoanalyzesomecharacteristicssuchaseducation,ethnicity,durationofduty,aswellasinternalandexternalenvironmentalsupports,situatedknowledge,roledistribution,andleadershipofFemaleLurahsinBekasiRegency.Theresearchappliedacriticalparadigmwithaqualitativeapproach.NVivo12softwareisusedfordataanalysis.TheinformantsarethreeFemaleLurahs,whohaveexcellentachievementsand18additionalinformantswhoactivelytookpartinkelurahanactivities,thosewererespectivelythreeChiefRTs,RWs,communityleaders,andtheotherninehealthcadres.Thelocationofthestudywasdeterminedpurposefully.TheresearchresultsshowedthatthethreeFemaleLurahshaddifferentperspectivesincarryingoutleadershiproles.Characteristicdifferenceswereintheformsofexemplary,payingattentiontomanners,andselves-reliance.Thesituatedknowledgedifferenceswereinitiatives,opennessincommunication,andcoordinationincarryingouttasks.Thedifferentpointofviesintherolesofdivisionwasthatthekelurahanresidentswereconsideredastheirchildrenandtheirpartners.TheuniquenessoftheresearchwasthatthestandpointtheorywasappliedtoanalyzetheroleoftheFemaleLurahsasLeadersatthegrass-rootlevels.Theimportanceofdifferentpointsofviewincarryingoutleadershiprolesintheresearchwasthattheleadershipwascarriedoutregardingthesituation,conditions,andcharacteristicsofresidents.Keywords:Characteristics,Leadership,RoleDivision,SituatedKnowledge,Standpoint Theory
