Abstract
Guide Planning and Gender Responsive Budgeting (PPRG) in Natural Resources Management and Environment, to provide insight and guidance for all stakeholders, especially program planners, in planning and preparing as driving the implementation of gender mainstreaming (PUG). PPRG as one of the national strategy should be carried out by ministries and agencies. PMK No. 104 / PMK-02/2010 also confirms the necessity ministries and agencies to integrate a gender perspective in planning activities and budget. In understanding this guide, planners and policy makers in the Ministry of Environment can make PPRG starting from how to make the process of gender analysis by the method of Gender Analisys Pathway (GAP), making TOR and make RKA gender responsive
