Abstract

Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menggunakan metode economic order quantity, yaitu biaya persediaan sebesar Rp31.245.355,- dari sebelumnya Rp54.429.136,-. Kuantitas pengiriman bahan baku lebih optimal yaitu 4 kali dalam satu tahun dari sebelumnya sebanyak 12 kali, kuantitas pengiriman bahan baku tepung sagu yaitu sebanyak 26.181 kg, kuantitas pengiriman bahan baku ikan sarden yaitu sebanyak 1.644 kaleng, kuantitas pengiriman bahan baku garam yaitu sebanyak 1.153 kg, kuantitas pengiriman bahan baku rempah-rempah yaitu sebanyak 1.072 kg, kuantitas pengiriman bahan baku air yaitu sebanyak 801 galon.
