Abstract

Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa memang terjadi gelembung harga properti untuk kelompok perkantoran dan retail serta secara keseluruhan kelompok. Namun khusus kelompok apartemen dan lahan industri mengalamami bubble yang ekplosif.
