Abstract

Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data yang dilakukan, hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Online Customer Review berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian, variabel Brand Image berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Variabel Online Customer Review dan Brand Image secara simultan memiliki pengaruh dan signifikan terhadap variabel Keputusan Pembelian.
