Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze the SMEs Performance Improvement model by comparing and analyzing products, adaptability, competitive advantage that complements HR capabilities, new product development capabilities, production capabilities and operations. the level of competence consisting of Knowledge, Skills and Capabilities possessed by the convection craftsmen HR in Bekasi City. In addition, it focuses on products, Environmental adaptation and HR competencies towards competitive advantage and SMEs performance in Bekasi City. The results showed that the results of the study answering respondents showed environmental adaptation at UMK This was evidenced by the answers of most respondents who answered strongly agree. Means that everything felt, prepared by the respondent regarding environmental adaptability at the SMEs that has been optimized. The existence of good HR competence in convection SMEs can be accessed by various things that are perceived, experienced, accepted and thought by craftsmen. Positive product innovation towards the competitive advantage of SMEs. Environmental Adaptability Positive contradictions against the SMEs Competition. A positive HR competency factor for the competitive advantage of SMEs. Environmental Adaptability Positive Support for Performance.
