Abstract
Abstract : The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT. Nihon Plast Indonesia. The research method used is quantitative. The population in this study were employees at PT. Nihon Plast Indonesia with 100 people. The sample measurement technique uses Slovin formula with a margin of error of 5% so that the number of samples used is 80 respondents. The sampling technique uses simple random sampling. The data withdrawal technique used is a questionnaire. Data analysis using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS 23. The results of the study show that there is a positive and significant influence between the variables of work discipline and job satisfaction on employee performance.
