Abstract
This research has a purpose to know about the impact of competency supervisor towardheavy equipment operator performances at minerals and coalminingcontractor PT. Riung Mitra Lestari.The methodwasused in thisresearch are descriptive analysiswith SPSS programe version 20.0. The respondent in thisresearch are devidedinto 2 categories, they are supervisors as a supervisor (14 people) and heavyequipmentoperators as a subordinate (125 people). The Result of thisreasearch show that supervisor competency have a positif and low impact toward heavy equipment operator performances. Recomendation of this reserch are to fulfillment the gap of supervisor competencye specially social competenciesneeds development to support increasing heavy equipment operator performance at mining contractor.
