Abstract

Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara parsial variabel Harga (X1) berpengaruh terhadap Loyalitas Konsumen (Y), variabel Suasana Cafe (X2) berpengaruh terhadap Loyalitas Konsumen (Y), variabel Kualitas Pelayanan (X3) berpengaruh terhadap Loyalitas Konsumen(Y). Sedangkan hasil penelitian secara simultan bahwa Harga (X1), Suasana Cafe (X2) dan Kualitas Pelayanan (X3) berpengaruh terhadap Loyalitas Konsumen (Y).
