Abstract
This research was conducted to explain how communication barriers are during online learning for teachers, students and parents of grade 3 students at Public Elementary School I Teluk Pucung Bekasi Utara. The approach in this study uses a qualitative approach using phenomenological methods. Subjects or informants selected in this study were grade 3 teachers, grade 3 students and parents of grade 3 students. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that there were communication barriers in the online learning process that took place yesterday, namely: teachers, students and parents of students experienced technical difficulties. Students and parents experience semantic barriers when the teacher delivers material in a high tone/voice because the teacher anticipates that his voice will not be heard when delivering the material but the student thinks the teacher is angry. Students and parents of students experience behavioral or humanitarian barriers such as students feel quickly bored and bored and students show lazy behavior/attitude during online learning. Parents of students get angry easily with their children when explaining or accompanying their children to do online learning. These three communication barriers occurred in class 3 of SDN I Teluk Pucung Bekasi Utara when online learning took place yesterday.
