Abstract
Teknik analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif bertujuan untuk mencari nilai tertinggi, menengah, dan terendah setiap pernyataan variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa work life balance, burnout, dan konflik kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Admiral Lines.
